Interstate 30 will be slow
going near Benton at certain times on Sunday. Crews need to install power lines
at the Saline River.
All lanes in both
directions will be closed for 15 minute intervals starting at 8:30 on Sunday
morning so Entergy crews can pull power lines across the traffic lanes. Police
will be on hand to control traffic.
Crews plan on closing the
lanes a total of three times throughout the day. The Arkansas State Highway and
Transportation Department encourages drivers to consider taking another route.
