
CONWAY (AP) - The University of Central Arkansas has scheduled a watch party for its campus as its football team travels east for the NCAA playoffs.
UCA will play Saturday in a Division I second-round football playoff game against Georgia Southern. UCA enters the game as the eighth-seed and the Eagles are seeded sixth.
The game will be shown on the video board at the Farris Center on campus. Admission is free and concession stands will be open.
UCA and Georgia Southern play at 1 p.m. Central time in Statesboro, Ga.
Central Arkansas is making its second straight appearance in the NCAA playoffs. Georgia Southern has won six national championships.
