Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 4 ounces tofu, cubed
  • 1/2 bunch spinach, de-stemmed and cleaned
  • Salt & White pepper, to taste

Directions

Bring chicken stock to a boil and add spinach. Add a pinch of salt.  Turn heat off as soon as spinach is added. Add tofu and pinch of white pepper.
