
LITTLE ROCK (AP) - Arkansas-Little Rock opens conference play Thursday night against Troy.
Over the past week, the Trojans have forced 50 turnovers in three games while committing just 37 in three games, and have run their record to 4-3 on the season. Troy was 4-2 before playing Alabama-Birmingham on Tuesday night.
In their most recent contest, UALR lost to South Carolina by 12 in Sunday's championship game of the Hoops for Hope Classic in Mexico, after trailing by 17 at halftime.
The game against Troy opens a 3-game home stand for UALR. It plays Louisiana-Monroe on Saturday and St. Gregory's next Tuesday.
