Nancy Ragan's Chili
1lb Hamburger Meat
1/2 Cup chopped Onion
1 tps Garlic Salt
1 Cam Stewed Tomatoes
1 Can Tomato Sauce
1 Tbs Chili powder *
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Sugar
1 Can Kidney Beans (optional)
Simmer fir 1 hr. then add beans (if desired) and simmer 15 min. more.
*Nancy uses 1 pkg Williams chili instead of chili powder then doubles all the other ingredients
