A 31-year-old Rogers County woman was arrested Tuesday under suspicion of providing underage girls to have sex with her nephew.

Police arrested Jessica Cleveland and Braeden Hendershott, 18, following an investigation into a report that a 14-year-old girl had been having sexual relations with Hendershott.

According to the affidavit, Cleveland, Hendershott's aunt, allegedly took the girl and two others to his apartment in Owasso leaving the girls to have sex with him. The girls stepfather told officers that this had happened on several occasions in which Cleveland also provided alcohol.

Hendershott and Cleveland were arrested Tuesday and are now facing felony charges.

The young girl's stepfather told police that Cleveland was a family friend who the girls had met at a church in Catoosa. As their friendship grew, they began discussing sex in which Cleveland brought up Hendershott.

She encouraged the young girl to have sex with her nephew and would set up meetings for them to "hook up," according to court documents.

Back in December of 2011, the girl told officers that she and Cleveland were at a restaurant in Claremore where Hendershott picked her up and drove to a parking lot to have sex. She also told him that she had never had sexual intercourse before.

On another occasion in Oologah at his grandmother's residence, Cleveland dropped off the girl and her cousin to spend the night. Prior to dropping them off, she purchased alcohol for them to drink.

According to the affidavit, the girl and Hendershott engaged in their second sexual encounter in which her cousin also participated. The next morning, he drove them to meet Cleveland at Walgreen's in Catoosa where she purchased a "morning after pill."

Both girls told officers that the incidents occurred in Claremore, Oologah and Owasso.

Now, Hendershott faces six counts including second degree rape, forcible sodomy, furnishing an alcoholic beverage to a minor and lewd or indecent acts to a child under 16. Cleveland was charged with furnishing an alcoholic beverage to a minor and enabling child sex abuse.
