Undercover agents with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics have ended a two-month investigation in Payne and Creek counties resulting in 13 individuals under custody.

OBN Spokesman Mark Woodward said agents and officers from several departments fanned out around 6:30 a.m. Friday armed with arrest warrants for 26 defendants accused of selling drugs to undercover OBN agents.

According to the press release, the undercover drug buys included methamphetamine, marijuana, and prescription drugs. Those arrested will face charges of Distribution of a Controlled Dangerous Substance.

"The drug issues are affecting all of Oklahoma and I commend local law enforcement as we stand shoulder to shoulder and strive to make their communities safer," OBN Director Darrell Weaver said.

Along with the 13 suspected in the drug bust, agents also seized a meth lab.

Cushing Police Department, Drumright Police Department, the Payne County Sheriff's Department and the Creek County Sheriff's Department were also involved in the drug bust.
