LITTLE ROCK (KATV) - Police deployed their SWAT team Sunday afternoon when a man and woman kidnapped a five-year-old girl.

LRPD said just before 10:00, it got the call that the young girl was taken by her mother, Tabitha Keys, and Keys' boyfriend from the legal guardian.

LaShondra Mosley, the girl's guardian, told Channel 7 exclusively that she was leaving for church when Keys' boyfriend put a gun to her head. The unidentified man then took Mosley's purse and the girl while Keys was with him.

An Amber Alert was issue early Sunday afternoon, and police surrounded a home on Martin Luther King Dr. where the two suspects were hiding with the child. The two eventually came out of the home and were arrested, the girl was unharmed.

The two are expected to face charges of aggravated robbery and kidnapping.

Mosley said the timing of the incident comes a day before she was set to take legal custody of the child. She said Keys gave her power of attorney over the child.
