Coaches and coordinators, especially those experiencing the conference's fishbowl existence for the first time, must adjust to the elite talent level - and do so quickly if they want to stick around for any length of time.

Some say the conference's overall speed provides the most difficult adjustment compared to other leagues, while some say the its intense public spotlight and year-round nature can prove difficult.
