New Miss U of A has arrest record

FAYETTEVILLE (KATV) - The newly-crowned Miss University of Arkansas has an arrest record.

Sarah Gafvert, 21, was charged with DWI and driving with an expired license just a few weeks before Sunday's crowning. She had already been named Miss Northwest Arkansas at the time.

Gafvert will appear in court later this month.
