A Little Rock man is being accused of a string of Craigslist thefts.
Sgt. Cassandra Davis with LRPD says that 18-year-old James
Hinton allegedly meets up with people who are selling items on Craigslist,
grabs the item and runs.
Hinton has been charged with three felony counts of theft of
property, and LRPD believes he is involved with more incidents that they are
continuing to investigate. According to police the majority of the thefts have occurred
at Chapel Ridge Apartments on Stagecoach Rd.
LRPD says that Hinton was carrying a gun when he was
arrested by UALR Police for a previous, similar incident.
