1 pound bow-tie pasta

1 onion, chopped

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 bell pepper

4 shredded carrots

1 cup white vinegar

1 cup mayonnaise

¼ teaspoon pepper

 

Cook noodles.  Drain and cool.  Add vegetables and mix well.  Combine sweetened condensed milk, vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, and pepper.  Add this mixture to noodle mixture.  Mix thoroughly.  Let set in refrigerator for a few hours before serving.  Serves 20.
