Springdale police said a NannyCam captured
a babysitter abusing a one-year-old child.
Melissa Medema, 27, is
accused of endangering the welfare of a minor.
The toddler's mother said
she became suspicious when she noticed the child would cling to her and cry
when Medema showed up.
Officers said the footage from the concealed
camera showed Medema abusing the toddler.
