Tuesday was the final day to register to vote

LITTLE ROCK (KATV) - The deadline to register to vote in next month's general election has passed.

Leading up to the deadline, Pulaski County was seeing fewer people on their rolls.  In 2008, Pulaski County had 238,351 registered voters. As of Monday morning, 232,536 were registered in the county.

If you are not registered and don't want to miss another election after November, the Secretary of State's office says you can apply in person at:

-          County clerk's office in your home county

-          State Revenue office or Driver Services

-          Public library or Arkansas State Library

-          Public assistance agency

-          Disability agency

-          Military recruitment office

-          Arkansas National Guard

-          Voter registration drives
