(CNN) - Move over chips and bologna - school lunches can be fun AND good for you. It only takes a little imagination.
According to Registered Dietitian Katherine Tallmadge, "A good meal consists of four parts, whether it's for a packed school lunch or a dinner: a protein, a whole grain, a fruit or a vegetable and a heart-healthy oily fat or nut."
