Schools were surprised with a visit from Sonic Thursday. It was a part of
Limeades for Learning. For the past four years, Sonic has donated more than $2
Million to public school classrooms across the country. Teachers go online to
submit projects they want funded. Whichever project receives the most votes
will receive money from Sonic.
Mrs.
Sanders-Anderson is one of two teachers from Henderson Magnet Middle school was
one of the recipients. Her project will help students make movies in the
Broadcast Communications class.
Ms. Schilling
form Estem also received a surprise from Sonic for a project titled "Indoor
Recess: What do we do?"
There are dozens
of Arkansas schools teachers with projects on the Limeades for learning
