1 pound spaghetti, cooked according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
1 pound Italian Sausage, cut into bite sized pieces
In a skillet, cook sausage till done, remove sausage from pan, drain dripping except 2 tablespoons and add:
1 onion, diced
1/2 bell pepper, diced
1 or 2 cups fresh mushroom, sliced
cook veggies till tender.
While veggies are cooking, in a mixing bowl combine:
15 ounce container ricotta cheese
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup cream or 1/2 and 1/2
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 cups frozen peas
Now you stir all ingredients together, pour into a baking dish and top with:
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Cook uncovered for 30 minutes in a greased baking dish.
