LITTLE ROCK - On Thursday, September 20, sponsors and exhibitors will be recruiting and offering free information. "The 5th Annual of the ¡Hola! Arkansas Career & Business EXPO will provide the most effective, solution-oriented service to clients, educators and agencies who want to meet face-to-face with job candidates, students and small business owners in the most cost-effective, progressive and dynamic manner. This year's annual event will bring all communities together," said Maura Lozano-Yancy, president of ¡Hola! Arkansas.
Organizers are expecting almost 60 booth of sponsors and exhibitors. Admission is free and open to the public. Doors will be open at 10 am. The EXPO will be held at Clear Channel Metroplex at 10800 Colonel Glenn on I-430.
The EXPO ends at 4:00pm, but continue to the After Hours Fiesta! a free admission opportunity to networks with other business owners and stakeholders. Mexican DJ Universo Musical will do the entertainment.
Lozano-Yancy adds, "Hola! Arkansas Career & Business EXPO truly represents the needs of the community in a diverse market place environment that includes all diverse cultures and backgrounds." She continues, "It will not be like any other job fair, this is a true diversity event with results."
The Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce in partnership with ¡Hola! Arkansas Career & Business Expo, present the Minority Enterprise Development (MED) Week Hispanic Business Opportunity Brunch.
Hispanic business owners and professionals in the region are encouraged to attend. Each will have 30 seconds to introduce themselves and their respective businesses, in English or "en Español," to the group. The event is free must register at the Chamber website www.littlerockchamber.com under Calendar.
There will be informative and practical workshops and conferences every 30 minutes.
"This will be a wonderful opportunity for job seekers, and students to talk to recruiters and to explore their career options," said Lozano-Yancy.
