Danny Manning and the University of Tulsa's men's basketball team is getting ready to head to Canada next week. They'll take part in a four game exhibition tour with stops in Niagara Falls and Toronto.
This new team is getting to know each other and find out how Coach Manning wants to play.
Danny says he's trying to teach the guys that a good play isn't always an ESPN Top-10 play.
"We talk about being a baseball team. You're either a lead off hitter or a two hole hitter." Danny Manning said, "Get on base, we'll move you around. We're not swinging for the fences. We want a series of good plays and that's kind of the mentality we have. That's how we need to play. We need to string together 12 good possessions and that makes it a great play. We don't need one great play and six bad plays. So that's kind of our mind set.
Here's a look at the Golden Hurricane's Canadian schedule.
