Four people injured in I-530 crash

The driver of a single car accident on Interstate 530 blames it on the weather.

Four people of various ages were inside the car Thursday, when the driver says they hydroplaned at mile marker 25.

The car skidded into a ditch and flipped over.

All four people in the car are expected to be okay.
