Makes: 10 servings
Prep Time: 15 mins

Ingredients
6 ounces Crab meat (can use imitation crab, shrimp or even Smoked trout), crumbled
4 ounces Spinach, cooked, chopped and drained well
20 ounces Mayo
1 lb Cream Cheese, softened
1 1/2 Tablespoons Cavendar's Greek Seasoning
1 Tablespoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1 1/2 Tablespoons garlic powder
1 Tablespoon White Pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons Celery Salt
1 1/2 Tablespoons Sugar
1 1/2 Tablespoons dehydrated onion
1 1/2 teaspoons dry Mustard
2 teaspoons Dill Weed

Notes / Directions
soften cream cheese and mix into Mayo
add drained spinach and mix well
add all spices and mix well
add crab, smoked trout or other seafood and mix until well blended
serve with Wheat Thins, Crostini, or other crackers

makes 1 quart, or about 2 lbs of dip
