Police seek suspect in fatal Paragould stabbing

PARAGOULD, Ark. (AP) - Arkansas State Police say they have identified a suspect in a fatal stabbing at a home in Paragould where an 18-year-old woman was shot to death recently.

Special Agent Scott Pillow told The Jonesboro Sun (http://bit.ly/vvccUu ) that a suspect is being sought in the Thursday stabbing.

Police have not released the names of either the victim or the suspect.

Paragould police say the stabbing occurred at the same home where 18-year-old Lisa Steele was shot to death last week.

Police have not released details of the shooting and Sgt. Mark Walker said he can't confirm nor deny whether investigators believe the two incidents are related.
