The Oklahoma City Thunder are on the brink of their first trip to the NBA Finals.  They need just one more win over the San Antonio Spurs to be the best in the west.

It's amazing to think that just four years ago this team won only 23 games.  But they continued to improve and they've been to the playoffs every year since.  The Thunder front office has done a good job of building the team around Kevin Durant.

The Thunder's rise to the top has come pretty fast for a bunch of guys who's average age is 27-years-old.

Oklahoma City can close out the Spurs Wednesday night with a win in game six in OKC.  Tip-off is set for 8:00pm.
