The Oklahoma City Thunder look to take a 3-0 lead in their best-of-seven series against the Dallas Mavericks when they play tonight in Big D.
The Thunder have won two very close games at home to start the playoffs, winning game one 99-98 on Kevin Durant's game-winner with 1.5 seconds left. Game two also came down to the final seconds with the Thunder earning a 102-99 victory at Chesapeake Energy Arena.
MVP candidate Kevin Durant has not been on top of his game so far in these playoffs, averaging 25.5 points on just 34-percent shooting, including just 3-of-12 from three-point range. In two regular season games at Dallas' American Airlines Center, Durant has averaged 25 points (three points below his season average) on 43% shooting and 4-of-11 from long range.
With Durant struggling against the defending champs, Oklahoma City has turned to Russell Westbrook, who is averaging 28.5 points in the two victories and is shooting 52-percent from the field.
Tonight's game is scheduled for an 8:30 p.m. tip-off and can be seen live on TNT.
