The Oklahoma City Thunder will open the 2012 NBA Playoffs at home against the defending champion Dallas Mavericks Saturday night.
The game is scheduled for an 8:30 p.m. tip-off at Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City and can be seen on ESPN.
The Thunder are the number two seed while the Mavericks are the seventh seed. The series is a rematch of last year's Western Conference Finals which Dallas eventually won in six games and went on to win their first championship.
This year, Oklahoma City won three of four games against the Mavs this season -- five of six if you count a pair of pre-season victories.
Game two will be Monday night on TNT. The series shifts to Dallas for games three and four on Thursday and next Saturday.
