Bryant PD: Wayne's World owner charged with soliciting sex

Posted: Updated:

(Source: Bryant PD, Press Release) Investigators with the Bryant Police Department received information that the owner of "Wayne's World," Wayne Price, was using drugs and money to solicit sex out of his business and a hotel in Bryant.

According to four separate witnesses, including a minor, Wayne Price solicited each of them for sex. Due to further investigations the names of the witnesses are not being released at this time.

The investigation started in March 2012 when a 17-year-old said that Price gave her numerous Xanax pills to have sex with him.

Wayne Price was brought in to the Bryant Police Department on Thursday April 26th where he gave statements which were consistent with those of the witnesses.

Wayne Price was charged with four counts Sexual Solicitation which are B misdemeanors and 2 counts of Delivery of Schedule I or II Controlled Substance Class C Felony.

The establishment "Wayne's World" business license has been temporally suspended by the City of Bryant Code Enforcement at this time pending the outcome of these charges.

In September Price was arrested and received misdemeanor charges of indecent exposure and harassment. To read more about that story, click here.
