Even though the Kansas Jayhawks are on the eve of the Final Four, KU Head Coach Bill Self says he's fine with losing two assistant coaches to head coaching jobs.

Thursday Danny Manning becomes the 29th head coach at the University of Tulsa.

Wednesday former Oral Roberts and Missouri State head coach Barry Hinson was introduced as the main man at Southern Illinois.

Bill Self told Tulsa and Southern Illinois that he was fine with them hiring away his coaches, but it wanted to happen now.  He didn't want to have all the rumors and interviews and having to lie and say you haven't take a job.

Manning will join the Golden Hurricane after the Jayhawks have finished the season.  Tulsa officials say a news conference to announce Manning should happen sometime next week.
