Pulaski Tech Big Rock Bistro

Serves 6

1 LB baby carrots

1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 cup butter

1 clove fresh garlic minced

Pinch of celery salt

1 teaspoon sugar

1 cups white grapes

1/2 cup fresh orange juice

Salt and white pepper to taste

Place the carrots in a sauce pan with enough water to cover. Cook until just tender and drain. Then in a medium size sauté pan over medium high heat, add the olive oil, ginger, and garlic, cook 1 minute. Add the carrots, celery salt, orange juice, and grapes. Cook 1 minute more, remove from heat and toss with the butter. Salt and pepper to taste and serve.
