ORLANDO, Fla. — Tulsa 66ers forward Marcus Lewis earned a double-double with 14 points and a game-high 10 rebounds and guard Jerome Dyson added five points, five rebounds and eight assists to help lead the West Team to a 135-132 victory over the East Saturday afternoon at the 2012 NBA D-League All-Star Game, presented by 26 Seconds.
Dyson and Lewis both received the starting nod for the West Team, led by Austin Toros head coach Brad Jones.
Lewis, who currently leads the D-League in rebounding with 13.0 boards per game, recorded the contest's only double-double. Entering the All-Star Game, the Oral Roberts product has earned 25 double-doubles on the season, 12 more than any other player.
Leading the West in scoring was Gerald Green with a game-high 28 points. Pacing the East was JamesOn Curry with 25.
The Tulsa 66ers (16-21) return to action at home next Friday and Saturday, March 2-3, when they host back-to-back games against the Rio Grande Valley Vipers (21-16). Both contests are scheduled to tip at 7 p.m. CT inside the Tulsa Convention Center.
