KATV Channel 7 - The Spirit of Arkansas: LIHEAP Begins Tuesday in Pulaski Co.

Pulaski County families with utility disconnect notices may be eligible get some help with their bills starting Tuesday.

The Central Arkansas Development Council will provide intervention assistance through its crisis Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program own as LIHEAP.

Mass application assistance days are Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until two p.m. At the Arkansas State Fairgrounds, Arts and Crafts Building in Little Rock.
