A report by Sports Illustrated says former Oklahoma State guard Fred Gulley plans to return to his hometown to play for the Arkansas Razorbacks.
Gulley, a redshirt sophomore from Fayetteville, was granted his transfer from the Cowboys in December. In eight games this season, he averaged four points and 2.5 rebounds per contest.
Sports Illustrated reports Gulley enrolled at Arkansas, but doesn't know if he would be a scholarship player or a walk-on.
Oklahoma State lost Gulley and Reger Dowell to transfer and also suffered the season-ending knee injury of Jean-Paul Olukemi. With those losses, the Cowboys have been reduced to just ten players on the roster.
OSU is 9-and-10 overall and 2-and-4 in the Big 12 Conference heading into another tough contest Wednesday night at home against second-ranked Missouri.
