    1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped 1 onion chopped thin Kalamata olives Feta cheese, cubed Parsley, chopped fine Place lettuce in bowl, top with olives, feta, onions and garnish with parsley. Add dressing

8 c. non-buttered popcorn

1/4 c. butter

2 c. mini-marshmallows

1/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/4 tsp. vanilla

1/8 tsp. salt

 

Directions:

Place popped popcorn on a greased cookie sheet. Melt butter, marshmallows and chocolate chips in small pot. Stir in vanilla and salt. Pour mixture over popcorn. Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring 15 minutes through. Let cool after removing from oven.
