Arnold's was founded in 1976 as a commercial flooring source for general contractors. Within a short time we established ourselves as a primary provider to not only contractors, but to architects, designers, property managers and commercial end users as well. We entered the retail arena in 1991 as a charter member of CarpetMax which is now known as Flooring America, part of the largest flooring co-operative in the world.
Our basic business philosophy has been and always will be is to "Exceed our customers' expectations". This can only be achieved by providing the highest value products presented by the most knowledgeable sales counselors and installed by the industry's best craftsmen.. This is in stark contrast to competitors that overspend on advertising and real estate and then have little left to hire the best. This business model allows us to guarantee our prices will meet any competitors and provide unmatched quality and service.
