    Chef Mark Abernathy   Loca Luna and Red Door   Cake Frosting 2 8 oz packages of cream cheese  softened 1 cup butter  (2 sticks)  softened   2 Tablespoon vanilla extract 2/3  cup milk 1  2 lb. package

4 cups pecan halves

3 TBL.  butter  melted 

1 TBL   fresh rosemary  chopped  or 

                    1 tsp. dried Rosemary crumbled

2 TBL  dark brown sugar   packed

1/8  tsp   salt

1/8  tsp   cayenne pepper

 

Preheat oven to 300. Toss pecans in butter. In another container

Mix remaining ingredients together and mix into the pecans. Stir to coat well. Place on a sheet pan and bake for 18 minutes.
