
The Oral Roberts women's basketball team had no problem in their first conference game of the year, easily outpacing Southern Utah 109-59 at the Mabee Center behind 31 points from Kevi Luper.
The Golden Eagles (6-2 overall, 1-0 Summit League) broke a 12-12 tie with 15 consecutive points and would never lead by less than a dozen the rest of the way.
ORU forced 36 turnovers, including 22 steals -- led by Jordan Pyle's five thefts. Luper and Dominique Allen had four steals each.
Jaci Bigham scored 13 points and Pyle had 10 for the Golden Eagles, who get a week off before returning to the court December 10th at Arkansas.
