OSU to hold memorial services to honor victims of plane crash

Oklahoma State University will hold a memorial service Monday to honor the four lives lost in last Thursday's plane crash near Perryville, Arkansas.

University officials say the memorial service will held inside Gallagher Iba Arena starting at 1 p.m. today and is open to the public.

All university classes held during the memorial service will be canceled so students can attend.

Classes will resume at 2:30 p.m.

OSU Women's Basketball Coach Kurt Budke, Assistant Coach Miranda Serna and OSU alumni Olin and Paula Branstetter we're killed last Thursday when the small plane they were riding crashed in a wooded area in central Arkansas.

Student Government Association will host a candle light vigil at 8 p.m. tonight at chi-o clock.

Chi-o clock is located between the Student Union and the Classroom Building.

 

OSU-Tulsa will hold a short memorial service at the schools flagpole at 12:30 p.m. today. 

It too is open to the public.
