State Fair Spam Championship: Breakfast Casserole

Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

1 can SPAM Cubed

1 can crescent rolls

6 eggs

1 ½ cups milk

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a 13 x 9 inch buttered baking dish, roll out crescent rolls and pinch together loose edges.
3. Spread SPAM over dough
4. Pour egg/milk mixture over SPAM.
5. Sprinkle cheese on top.
6. Bake for about 35 minutes.
