A second person has been arrested in the death of 39-year-old Jo Lee Richards, Jr. Detectives with Benton PD arrested Myra Terry, 53, on Friday – just a day after Marissa Wright was charged with Capital Murder in the case.

Terry is being charged with Hindering Apprehension during the investigation of a missing person and homicide of Jo Lee Richardson, Jr. from Oct. 8, 2010 to Oct 7, 2011. Terry is also being charged with Abuse of a Corpse and Tampering with Evidence.

On Thursday Marissa Wright was arrested and charged with Capital Murder in the case. On Friday afternoon she was arraigned on a second charge for the death of 53-year-old Randal C. Anderson. Anderson's body was found along with Richardson's in Marissa Wright's backyard.

This investigation is on-going which could result in additional charges on Terry and Wright.  Other parties associated with this crime could also be charged at a future date.  Investigators believe that there are other individuals that have information on this case and they are strongly encouraged to come forward at this time.  Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Benton Police Department at 778-1171 or 315-TIPS.
