For a 9"x13" pan
2 cups of Graham Crackers crushed to make crumbs
6 Tablespoons of butter
¾ cup sugar
2 lbs of cream cheese, softened
12 ounces of frozen mixed berries, thawed
8 ounces (1 regular size tub) of Cool Whip whipped topping
Directions:
Line 9"x13" pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides
Mix the crushed Graham Crackers with butter and 3 Tablespoons of sugar
Press into bottom of foil-lined pan
Beat cream cheese and ¾ cup of sugar in large bowl until well blended
Add thawed berries and beat on low (if using a mixer) until berries are just blended
Whisk in the Cool Whip
Pour mixture on top of graham cracker mix and spread to even out
Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm
Use foil "handles" to remove from pan
Once removed, slice to desired size
