News Corp. has a new directive for its New York Post employees: "Preserve and maintain" all documents related to possible phone hacking or bribery of public officials.

The multinational media company has been in hot water over an alleged phone hacking scandal in the UK.

The New York Post is owned by News Corp., and is part of Rupert Murdoch's media empire.
