The revolving door continues with the Tulsa Shock.
A day after the team waived Marion Jones, five-year WNBA veteran Doneeka Lewis was also waived.
Lewis, who was signed by Tulsa on July fourth, averaged 6.2 points and 2.8 assists per game in five games.
The 5'9" guard played collegiately at LSU and ranks eleventh on the school's all-time scoring list. She was drafted by the Los Angeles Sparks in the 2004 WNBA Draft and has played in 109 career games, averaging 3.8 points, 1.2 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game.
Doneeka's twin sister, Roneeka, plays with the San Antonio Silver Stars.
With today's move, Tulsa has a roster spot open. The Shock are 1-and-14 and will return to action Tuesday night at home against the Atlanta Dream.
