LITTLE ROCK (KATV) -
Outflow from morning thunderstorms produced scattered thunderstorms this afternoon across the SE 1/2 of the state. Most of us should remain dry tonight, however, high resolution models show the possibility of another thunderstorm complex forming and affecting our northern counties overnight.
A front that has gone stationary just to our north will remain close enough to us tomorrow to keep a small chance of t'showers in the forecast for Wednesday over mainly the north half of Arkansas. It will move northward for Thursday, however, so I'll remove the mention of rain for Thursday and much of Friday.
A stronger front will arrive late Friday and move through the state Saturday with increasing chances of thunderstorms and some cooler air for early next week.
