(AP) - In the Texas League last night, Arkansas bested Springfield 11-3. The Northwest Arkansas Naturals did not play. The Arkansas Travelers play Tulsa at home tonight at 7:10 p.m. The Naturals play Springfield at 7:05 p.m.

NCAA WOMEN'S GYMNASTICS

Arkansas' Grable wins 2 titles at NCAA gymnastics

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) - Arkansas' Katherine Grable won two national titles and Florida's Bridget Sloan captured the third of her career at the NCAA women's gymnastics championships.

Grable won the floor exercise with a 9.9625 and tied with LSU's Rheagan Courville for first on the vault in Sunday's individual competition.

It's the second straight year Courville has shared the vault title. Both scored 9.975s.

A 2008 Olympian, Sloan won the uneven parallel bars with a score of 9.9375. She won the all-around and balance beam titles last year and had helped the Gators win a share of their second straight championship on Saturday night.

Co-champion Oklahoma tied the Gators again with one title. Taylor Spears won the balance beam at 9.925.

VANDERBILT-ARKANSAS

Arkansas holds off Vanderbilt 3-1 in SEC baseball

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) - Arkansas scored early and got strong pitching to hold off Vanderbilt 3-1 in Southeastern Conference college baseball.

The Razorbacks scored once in the first inning of Sunday's game in Fayetteville on a bases loaded walk and added two runs in the fifth. Razorbacks' starter Chris Oliver gave up one run on six hits in 6.2 innings and gets the win to improve to 5-3 on the season.

Vanderbilt's Brian Reynolds homered in the seventh inning off Oliver for the Commodores' only run.

UA improves to 25-16 overall and 9-9 in SEC play while Vanderbilt falls to 29-12 on the season and 8-10 in the conference.

TROY-ARKANSAS-LITTLE ROCK

UALR rallies for 10-4 win over Troy in baseball

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - The University of Arkansas at Little Rock rallied from an early deficit and rolled to a 10-4 win over Troy in Sun Belt Conference baseball.

Troy took the lead with a run in the first inning of Sunday's game, but UALR scored five times in the bottom of the first and added two more runs in the second on the way to the win.

UALR's Justin Steelmon hit a three-run home in the first while Bryson Thionnet and Sam Vogel each homered twice for Arkansas-Little Rock. David Hall homered in a losing cause for Troy.

UALR improves to 16-21 overall and 5-13 in the SBC while Troy falls to 20-20 on the season and 7-10 in conference play.
