Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook combined for just 30 points, but they weren't needed as Oklahoma City got 53 points from its bench in a 99-72 rout of Memphis in Game 5 of the Western Conference Semifinals Wednesday night in Oklahoma City.

The Thunder took control of the game during the second quarter, outscoring the Grizzlies 29-to-18 to lead 46-35. Memphis never got closer than nine points in the second half.

Oklahoma City dominated in nearly every facet of the game, outrebounding the Grizzlies 50-33, outshooting them 47% to 36% and getting 53 points from the bench compared to just 27 for Memphis.

Daequan Cook led the bench players with 18 points on 4-of-5 three-point shooting. Nazr Mohammed added ten points while Nick Collison and James Harden each scored nine.

Oklahoma City's stars, Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook, didn't play after the third quarter and scored 19 and 11 points respectively.

With the Thunder up 3 games to 2, the series shifts back to Memphis for Game 6 Friday night at 8 p.m. A win would put the Thunder in the Western Conference finals against the Dallas Mavericks.
