Tulsa 66ers forward Larry Owens was named to the All-NBA Development League second team, the league announced Wednesday.
Owens averaged 12.4 points, 5.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists in 43 games for the 66ers this season. His strong play earned him call-ups to both the NBA's San Antonio Spurs and his current team, the Washington Wizards.
Owens is in his second season in the D-League after playing college basketball at Oral Roberts.
He was named to the All-NBA D-League third team last season after helping lead the 66ers to the D-League Finals.
