
LULAV BRANDY CREAM SHRIMP
6 Shrimp
1 Clove of Garlic (sliced)
1/2 Shallot (diced)
4 sun dried tomatoes (sliced)
1 pinch crushed red pepper
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Bread for dipping
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/2 cup of Brandy
1/2 tbls olive oil
4 basil leaves sliced
Method:
Saute garlic, shallots, tomatoes, shrimp, and red pepper in olive oil until garlic browns.
Pour in Brandy and cook until alcohol is gone.
Add cream and basil, reduce heat by 1/2. Season to taste then plate. Serve with bread for dipping.
