Playoff hockey returns to Tulsa for the first time in six years when the Oilers host Mississippi tonight at the BOK Center.
The two teams met eight times in the regular season with Tulsa winning six of those games.
Coach Bruce Ramsay's squad comes into the playoffs clicking on all cylinders -- unbeaten in their last seven games. But, he and the players know it's a whole new season once the puck drops for playoff hockey.
Thursday night's playoff opener begins at 7:05 p.m. Game two is Friday night at 7:35 at the BOK Center before the series shifts to Mississippi for game three Sunday and, if necessary Tuesday for game four.
Also, if necessary, game five would be Saturday, April ninth back here in Tulsa.
