Severe Weather Preparedness Day

     Conway County and the City of Morrilton Emergency Services in partnership with the Morrilton Kroger will host a Severe Weather Preparedness Day on Saturday, April 9 beginning at 10:00am thru 2:00pm. Citizens will be able to purchase a NOAA Emergency Alert Radio for $29.99. Officials with local Law-enforcement, Fire, EMS, and Emergency Management will be on hand to answer any questions citizens may have concerning any aspect of Emergency Services. The Conway County Mobile Command Unit will be setup for tours along with special Fire/Rescue and EMS equipment. Hamburgers and Hot Dogs will be served with proceeds going to the Tornado Siren/Emergency Warning Project.
