Times Up For Wedding Photographer

LITTLE ROCK - The goal of Seven-on-your-Side is to help settle disputes. Most of our assistance is done behind the scenes... not on the air. But after broken promises and missed deadlines, several jilted brides have run out of patience with their wedding photographer.

One month ago we introduced you to a pair of families still waiting for wedding photos even though the brides walked the aisle last summer.

"I shot her a little message and she said that she would have them within a week. And in a week they weren't up so that is when the trouble started," said Angela Bishop.

"We paid close to $2,000. All we have are the three pictures that I have and my daughter has a disc but we don't have the copyrights to it so we can't do anything with it," said Deoborah Terry.

We made a deal with the wedding photographer... get these brides their pictures within two weeks and we would not name the business owner or her new photography business. It hasn't happened. In fact, we have heard from several more unhappy customers.

The owner of simply digital memories, Polly Hartley, has a new business and new web site now ... heartshotphotography.com. Hartley isn't doing weddings anymore and says she is still trying to satisfy all her former wedding customers.

In a statement to KATV, Hartley explains in part that she has "...had a tough time getting caught up from my personal problems this past year and have every intention of making things right with my clients."

Hartley goes on to share that she lost a lot of money in her wedding photography business but that she now has things going in the right direction and will take care of all her former customers.
