Ingredients
Graham Crackers
Strawberries
Marshmallows
Bananas
Anything else you want to dip into Chocolate
Dark Baker's Chocolate
Meringue or Cool Whip
Goodies for topping: chopped nuts, sprinkles, shredded coconut, dried fruit
Method
Cut graham crackers along perforations
Melt chocolate in double boiler
Dip crackers, strawberries, etc. in chocolate
While still wet, sprinkle condiments on
Let dry on wax paper
Attach to clothes pin on dry end of crackers
Equipment
Wood clothespins (can be re-used after washing in dishwasher)
Wood dish rack
Torch (optional)
Bowl for meringue or Cool Whip
Design
Place dish rack upside down on table
Secure food with clothespin
Arrange clothespin on dish rack (each dish rack should hold 60 clothespins)
Decorate with votive's, flowers, etc
Have an empty platter for used clothespins
